Email mpbagwell.dev@gmail.com with a short description of what happened and the version of Chrome you're using. Don't include private saved phrases unless they're necessary to explain the issue.
Before contacting support
- Confirm Phraselet's enabled at
chrome://extensions. - Reload the page where you're trying to save a phrase.
- Check or change the shortcut at
chrome://extensions/shortcuts. - Remember that Chrome's own pages and some protected pages don't allow extensions to read selections.
Back up your library
Use Export in the Phraselet popup to download a JSON backup. Keep that file somewhere you trust before clearing extension data or reinstalling Chrome.
Privacy
Phraselet's public version stores its library locally and doesn't send it to a support server. Read the complete privacy policy.
